The Root Cause of Mechanical Failure in Engines and Hydraulic systems : the smallest of Metal Particles
Current Spin-On Filters are not capturing the most damaging contaminants, which is Iron Wear Debris small enough to flow though the Spin-On Filter Media. The Filter Media is typically 20-45 microns for Engine Oil and 10-20 microns for Hydraulic Systems. Therefor, unfiltered iron particles less than 10-45 microns continue to circulate in the oil. These smallest of iron particles are small enough to fit between critical surfaces causing unnecessary wear in bearings and sleeves.
Common Spin-On Oil Filters are designed for required oil flow with designated porosity. Porosity lets small particles through.

How does it work?
METAL FILTRATION: 360MAFC Magnetic Array Filter Collar slides over a spin-on filter used for engine and hydraulic oil & diesel cleanliness. The powerful magnets attract the metal through the canister wall and hold metal away from filter media – out of circulated oil. Oil, Hydraulic/Transmission Fluid or Diesel gets cleaner every time through the element with 360MAFC as it holds metals captive to help oil lubricate better.
VITAL: By removing abrasive metals, there is reduced perpetual damage to bearings, sleeves, pistons, gears, etc. – extending engine and equipment life. Small metals cause the most damage.
